Midwich are pleased to announce the addition of the award winning range of Visioneer scanners to their portfolio. The range of business desktop scanners includes flatbeds with automatic document feeders and single or multiple page sheetfed scanners, all with Visioneer’s patented OneTouch software.
OneTouch scanning enables the user to place pages into the scanner and have the scanned images sent directly to the chosen destination, all at the touch of a button. No need to touch the PC, keyboard or mouse! OneTouch destinations can be applications such as PaperPort, DocuShare, Sharepoint or network locations. Files can be saved as PDF, searchable PDF, Word documents or image file.
This announcement follows the increasing success of the range of Xerox branded scanners through Midwich. Xerox scanners are developed and marketed by Visioneer, following a licence agreement between the two companies in 2003. Over this period, Midwich have become the primary distributor for Xerox resellers.
