| VISIONEER LAUNCHES NEW RANGE OF XEROX-BRANDED BLANK MEDIA |

Visioneer announced today that it has entered into an exclusive trademark licensing agreement with Xerox Corporation for Visioneer to develop, market and support a new line of Xerox-branded blank media.
Todays announcement follows the huge success of the Xerox branded scanners and digital projectors launched by Visioneer in October 2003. The blank media licensing agreement between Visioneer and Xerox is for an initial term of 5 years.
The optical recording media market is expanding and strong future growth is expected, said Peter Trapmore, Visioneers European Managing Director, This agreement provides Visioneer the opportunity to offer products with a well known and respected brand name to its existing and future customer database.
The Xerox range of blank media will include recordable and rewritable compact discs and DVDs, as well as high-capacity storage devices. The range will be available in the UK and Europe from 1st April 2004 from Visioneer.
